1. When Capsicum arrives we will meet with your church leaders and audio visual staff to gain an understanding of your goals and sound system issues.
2. After goals have been set, we will do an acoustical analysis, using SMAART software,
of your audio system to check for phase, polarity, time alignment, and speaker placement issues.
3. We will go through your audio systems wiring checking for polarity and grounding issues that can cause buzz and distortion in your audio system.
4. Capsicum will also check to make sure that all amplifiers, mixing consoles, processors, and speakers are properly matched for gain and impedance.
